Terms Of Sale

These terms of sale are valid for all orders placed with The MME Agency Limited, Registered in England.

Changing Our Terms Of Sale


Any changes we may make to our Terms of Sale in the future will be posted on this page. These Terms of Sale were last updated on 16th November 2020.



We provide a 6 months and yearly membership plan on a subscription basis which is paid in full upon registration. 

Database Application


When you join our database, you become part of The MME Agency network. As a non-exclusive member, you have the opportunity to be connected or introduced to one of our non-exclusive members or exclusive members but we do not actively help you hunt for a match. We only offer our full services to Exclusive members. To be a part of our Database, you're required to pay a yearly Fee which is calculated as 20% of our Silver Package and an additional fee for each introduction you choose to progress with. 

Matchmaking Assessment

Our Matchmaking Assessment cost £150 which should be paid before the Assessment is conducted. If you choose to pay for a membership package before the Assessment is conducted, the fee is taken from your membership but bear in mind the Assessment is for Us to determine if we're capable of matching you. So if after the Assessment we feel that you may not be suitable for our network, we will refund you the amount for membership paid minus the Assessment fee. Assessment fee is non-refundable.

Matchmaking For Exclusive Members

Depending on your membership package, you have the opportunity to meet a number of potential partners within your 6 or 12 months subscription and The MME Team is here to guide you through the process to ensure you're matched with someone compatible. If you meet the love of your life and still have benefits left over on your membership, those benefits can be referred to a friend at a discounted rate. If you've had a number of introductions and aren't satisfied with all your matches within the period of your membership, you'll need to extend your membership for Us to help you find more matches. 

Matchmaking For Non-exclusive Members

If you are introduced to a member and things go well, you're obligated to pay an additional fee, which is also calculated as 20% of our silver package, paid after the first date (Please see membership plans for calculation). Be advised you are only charged this additional fee if there's a mutual attraction and you'd like to proceed to the next stage. 


During your dates, contact information should not be exchanged until we receive feedback from both parties. If you feel you have a strong connection and insist to go ahead with the exchange of contact information after first date, then a fee will need to be paid. Once we confirm a mutual attraction, The MME Agency will then exchange contact information.

Client Profiles

Although we organise blind dates, we do sometimes exchange a brief profile along with images which have faces concealed between potential matches but do not disclose client images in full. If a Client insist on seeing pictures of potential matches, we only put it into consider if permission from both parties is granted.

Get Ready To Date & Image Consultation

Our GRTD & Image Consultations are spread over 8 Sessions, for 2hrs per session. We  provide a 30 minutes free consultation to;

1. Assess Client requirements.
2. Identify Clients needs and trace for patterns which may hinder Clients dating experiences.
3. Offer a guide towards how Client can achieve their goals.

We only provide photoshoots per person on our GRTD package, which is charged by the hour. The standard shoot offers;

- PDF guide how to prepare for the photoshoot

- 15 edited images 

- 1 hour photoshoot
- 2-3 areas of the photoshoot . 


Any additional requirements may incur further charges which will be discussed and invoiced to Client before any images are released.  


Travel to clients within London 1-2 zones is included in the package. Any shoots outside these Zones will cost an additional charge which will be discussed with Client. 

To confirm the photoshoot, Client agrees with The MME Agency Terms and Condition. The MME Agency & Resident Photographer has the rights to the images. However, we take permission from Client if we intend to use any images for promotional reasons.  Clients have the rights to not agree to publish the images of them and have to be accepted by The MME Agency & Resident Photographer.

Shop (Tracking your order)


Log into your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant ‘View Order’ link. All delivery options are fully trackable for the UK. Click on the ‘Track My Order’ link on the homepage and input your tracking number to follow your parcel. The courier will provide you with an email and text message with delivery details.


If you have any issue with tracking your order, please send us an email to info@themmeagency.com and we’d get this sorted for you immediately. We provide tracking information for International and National orders. We would also need your contact information incase our courier needs to get a hold of you.


Cancellation Policy​ & Refunds

Members can cancel their subscription anytime but refunds will only be made within 48hrs after payment. No refunds will be adhered to after this period.

Information about us

www.themmeagency.com is a site operated by The MME Agency Limited (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11786394. Our services include personal matchmaking and coaching for professionals and entrepreneurs. 




After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order. The contract between us (‘contract’) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the contract.



All products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. If you pay by credit or debit card we will not charge you for products which are not available. If you pay using PayPal any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account.


Ordering Errors


You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the Place Order button in checkout. Any attempt to change your order after clicking to pay may not be possible.




All prices of our products exclude delivery cost. Delivery cost will be displayed in your cart at checkout.


Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.




We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay.


We will not charge your credit, debit until we dispatch your order. Any order placed using PayPal, will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we reject or cancel your order for any reason this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account.  




1. Standard delivery for domestic / international orders is between 3 - 5 Business days after fulfilment and Express deliveries for international order is between 1 - 3 Business days after fulfilment.

2. There are no options for collection considering we’re an online based store.

3. Delivery charges are subject to change but currently charged between £3.99 to £10.99 for both domestic and international order.
